Shipping Policy (Canada & United States)

All orders and mail-in repairs are processed and shipped from our London, Ontario workshop.
Standard processing time is 4–6 business days after payment or repair completion confirmation.
During holiday periods, please allow 7–8 business days for processing.

Transit Time

• Ground Shipping (Canada): Estimated delivery within 3–8 business days after dispatch.

• Ground Shipping (USA): Estimated delivery within 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Transit times may vary depending on destination and carrier performance.

Order Tracking

Once your order or repaired item ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Please note: Delivery addresses cannot be modified once an order has been shipped.
