Coakleys (“we”, “us”, “our”) owns and operates this website and any associated digital platforms (collectively, the “Platform”).
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Platform, including any services, purchases, or information offered through it. By using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
Our Privacy Policy and Shipping, Returns & Exchange Policy are part of these Terms and should be read together with them.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this Platform and becomes effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal laws of Canada.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, Ontario.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed, and the remaining Terms will continue in full effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Coakleys regarding use of this Platform and supersede any prior agreements or communications.
