Include Your Information
Please place a note inside your box with your name, phone number, email address, and return address for identification.
Repair Process
Once we receive your item, it will be added to our repair queue. We will contact you with details about your repair.
Turnaround Time
Repairs are typically completed and returned within approximately two weeks from the date we receive your item.
Return Shipping
All repairs are return shipped via Canada Post. A flat rate of $25.00 CAD + Tax will be added for return shipping.
